Ellory is a neighbourhood restaurant from sommeliers Jack Lewens (The River Café, Quo Vadis, Spring) and Ed Thaw (Sager + Wilde) with food from Chef Sam Kamienko (Mayfields, Anchor and Hope, Le Verre Volé).
Since opening in November 2015, we have grown into a neighbourhood restaurant, pairing modern European sharing plates with an exclusively European wine list in a clean. minimal space with personable, informed service. Ellory was awarded a star in the 2017 Michelin Guide.
Sam's cooking style is a reflection of time spent working in Melbourne, London and Paris. Plates are simple in appearance but full of flavour and respect for the best produce from Britain and Europe. The menu is designed for sharing and changes every day.
Our wine list is exclusively European, allowing us to explore the strength and depth of grapes that are from their point of origin. Our list changes daily to match the ebb and flow of the menu.
